      The Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization, Inc. (PATCO) is a certified US Labor Union representing air traffic controllers. With over 45 years of experience, our Union has a well-established and proven track history as a solidarity labor union that fights for air traffic controllers and their profession.

      Our Union currently represents air traffic controllers that work for RVA, Midwest, SERCO and DCSI, etc.

      PATCO is directly affiliated with the Office & Professional Employees International Organization (OPEIU.) AFL-CIO, CLC, and has an alliance with the Teamsters Airline Division.

      The PATCO mission is to organize, represent and provide a voice to all professional Air Traffic Control Professionals. Our Union is here to support, listen, provide legal assistance, and work on your behalf for the optimum in air safety, fair compensation and improved working conditions.
