Beaver did a great job preparing me for the academy. Unlike other CTIs that only use tower simulators, CCBC students actually get to train in an operational control tower at KBVI (Beaver Falls, PA). No computer program can replace the experience of controlling live traffic.
My instructors were extremely knowledgable (You know what I mean!) and I felt like I was afforded every opportunity to succeed.
The ATC program at CCBC is an Associates program and it costs WAY LESS than other schools.
If you're serious about going to school for ATC, CCBC should be at the top of your list of potential schools.
