In reply to pavlinika. No, I was not able to pick seats. OS told me to call the local office and I will have to pay to pick seats in advance. Or, choose seats during the check in period. I tried calling, but the wait was too long.

Were you able to select your seats? I am facing the same issue where I’ve booked tickets through AC but have a connection operated Austrian and am unable to select seats.

Then you can’t pick seats probably due to some dumb codeshare / not-ticketed-by-OS website problem.

You’ll need to call OS reservations and give them your OS PNR. You’ll need an OS agent…

AC can’t help, afaik.

Do you have your OS PNR? Enter that into the OS website to manage your booking.
