I reported the bags at the airport but the number\/code they gave me is not in the system so far so it does not really help. For Egypt, you have to check everyday if the bags made it or not. In the meantime, I need clothes, on their website they have a refund policy for things you buy if your bags are delayed. Now my question is has anyone done this, will they actually pay?
