I was only supposed to be at the airport for an hour and a half but when I arrived the whole airport was a complete mess. The passport checker system had gone down so there was only one long line where I lost most of my time, I finally made it 20 minutes before my flight took off but had to go through security where the line was also super long where I eventually ended up losing my flight. I know it&#8217;s not the airline&#8217;s fault but thanks to the airport passport mistake I had to stay one night in London and book another flight for the next day which was 164 pounds.
