I went to my nearby airport and asked baggage services and it got delivered but with zero communication from Delta/Air France. My luggage got lost a day earlier than yours did so I would try and go visit the airport it is getting forwarded to and see if they can assist you in person, I think its the most efficient way of getting answers currently. I hope it gets to you soon!

Edit: Also if your file reference number isn’t showing up its because they recycled it due to it being closed, so I think that is a good sign!

ATL said Air France is running 10+ days late. Hope you get yours!

Oh and if the file access is lost that means it is coming to you so that is good news at least.
